Our Story Foundation Lines was built from experience — not trends. For over 10 years, we’ve been actively breeding dogs, raising puppies, and walking families through the early stages of dog ownership. Over that time, we’ve tested countless collars, leashes, and gear marketed as “durable” or “high quality.” Too often, they weren’t. Gear failed in real-life situations. Designs looked nice but weren’t functional. Products that should have been reliable simply didn’t hold up in breeding programs or in everyday homes. We went on a mission to make a product that was made by breeders, for breeders and their programs. 

Why We Built Foundation Lines We believe you should never recommend products you don’t trust. As breeders, we’re asked constantly what gear we send puppies home with, what we recommend to new owners, and what actually works long-term. We couldn’t confidently refer buyers to products we didn’t personally like or use ourselves. So, we stopped searching — and started building. Foundation Lines exists because breeders need dependable gear, and dog owners deserve products that are simple, functional, and proven from day one.
